Summary To monitor and manage all beverage areas on a daily basis. To insure all accepted standards and policies are followed and enforced to maximize guest safety and satisfaction.                                                 Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.   Promote Cache Creek Resort in a positive manner.   Maintain beverage (alcohol) distribution system, inventory, cleanliness, accuracy of pours and replacement of product, daily.   Maintain soda (non alcoholic) distribution system, inventory, cleanliness, accuracy of pours and replacement of product, daily.   Inspect bars for cleanliness.   Manage cocktail, bartender and bar porter staff, daily.   Prepare schedule for staff.   Inspect bartender preparation and enforce recipe standards.   Setup all banquet bars.   Hold daily pre-shift meetings, communicate all important information.   Conduct weekly staff training on "Sequence of Service Standards".   Inspect all service staff uniforms daily to insure accepted standards are met.   Interface and communicate with all related departments such as casino, restaurant or club manager and security related to beverage issues.   Enforce alcohol awareness policy to insure staff does not over serve a guest.   Master I.P. system requisitioning procedures.   Maintain all accepted bar inventories.   Conduct spot inventories to insure all pars are accurate. Maintain key distribution system.   Attend all required meetings.   Conduct all manager functions for POS (point of sale) system for daily operations.   Other duties as assigned.   Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.   Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   Education and/or Experience Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education. One year as a Beverage Supervisor in large multi outlet facility featuring multiple bars and cocktail service or similar customer service environment. Two years of college in hospitality or related field. Associate's degree (A. Summary   Safely assist the bartender/cocktail servers in providing satisfactory beverage service by maintaining adequate supplies of garnish, glassware, ice, liquor etc. at assigned work station                                                     Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.   Retrieve orders from storeroom.   Visually check stock received against written requisition with storeroom personnel to insure the order is accurate.   Upon delivery to the bar, recheck items with the bartender for completeness.   Check with and assist Bartender in maintaining adequate amounts of supplies i.e. straws, stir sticks, napkins, and matches etc. for workstation.   Additional duties include rotation beer and fill reach in refrigerators, washing and stocking glassware, maintain stock of fruit fill and replace as needed.   Fill ice bins, empty garbage, replace trash liners, wipe and pick up surfaces as time allows, check kegs, replace dirty bar mats, sweep floors, clean screens in glass washer, wipe down bottles, clean spouts, clean beer drains, gun drains, counter drains and ice bins.   Wash floors.   Cut slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits.   Maintain mix and pour juice in sufficient amount according to projected business.   Store back up supplies needing refrigeration in prescribed containers for later use.   Scoop ice from bins, transport to service areas and replenish ice containers.   Box and save empty liquor bottles as they accumulate for later returns and requisitions.   Transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance requirements on heavy beer kegs.   Obtain change for bartenders upon request.   Check station before, after and during shift to insure proper setup and cleanliness are maintained.   Supervisory Responsibilities                                                 This job has no supervisory responsibilities.   Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   Education and/or Experience                                              High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Summary Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning standard and suite rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.  Thorough cleaning of the hotel facility, guest room, and patios  which includes, making beds, changing linens, dusting, scrubbing floors/toilets/tubs/sinks, vacuuming, removing fingerprints and smudges from mirrors and glass, shining surfaces, replenishing and delivering work and guest supplies, etc.  Guest room attendant performs other duties related to housekeeping.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.   Comply with all department and property operating policies and procedures.   Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.             Complete 11 credits per 8 hour shift.             Utilize equipment such as pan and broom, vacuum, step ladder, Unger kits, and scrubbers etc.             Ensure all equipment is used and maintained in accordance with proper procedures.   Adhere to all safety guidelines including the use of protective equipment.             Use chemicals in a proper, safe and responsible manner.             Exhibit a cooperative demeanor when interacting with peers, supervisors and guests.             Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner.             Anticipate all guest needs and responds to same.   Maintain proper pars and stock levels.             Maintain clean and organized work area, cart and supplies.             Communicate problems, challenges or unusual matters of significance to supervisor.             Inform supervision of needed support, supplies or repairs.             Reports maintenance work orders needs to immediate supervisor.             Support and comply with courtesy and customer service guidelines, policies and procedures.   Acknowledge and communicate effectively with staff and guests.   Communicate effectively and clearly with supervisor and housekeeping clerk over the radio and the phone.   Understand and execute direction given by supervisor.   Accurately complete assigned daily paperwork             Know, follow and be ready to execute all emergency and safety procedures and responsibilities             Ensures all storage areas and carts are clean and organized.   Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.   Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
