Summary
The Administrative Coordinator-Engineering reports to the Director of Facilities and is responsible for the overall monitoring and control of the annual operational budget, capital budget, and other Engineering related budget issues. The Administrative Coordinator-Engineering also shares responsibility for creating and maintaining the highest level of maintenance service, business professionalism and support services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Organizing, creating, and monitoring the Engineering Department’s annual operational and capital budget, in addition to other budget-related issues.
- Responsible for the Department’s business activities, which include administrative, accounting, procurement, computer operations, and customer service.
- Provides support to the facility. including, the casino, north tower/spa, south tower, administrative offices, north tower shipping & receiving, wastewater treatment plant/water treatment facilities, generator building, dam warehouse, 3 tier warehouse, banquet warehouse, mini-mart, golf clubhouse, turf maintenance shop, construction & development trailers, natural gas line, million-gallon tanks, reclamation tank, thermal tank, landscape property, Tribal housing and school, and recreational facilities.
- Indirect responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, scheduling, coordinating, supervising, evaluating, and directing required maintenance services and projects for all the casino’s facilities.
- Prepares contracts using templates for previously approved contracts approved by legal counsel. Coordinates with Contract Administrator in the Finance Dept. prior to and during contract review process.
- Reviews scopes of work, payment plans, and other specifications to ensure contracts are complete.
- Develops and maintains document list to track document preparation and progression through CCCR procedures.
- Develops and prepares regular reports on the status of contracts and tracking progression through CCCR’s required procedures.
- Works closely with Director of Facilities and others to ensure understanding of, and compliance with, contract terms and conditions.
- Acts as a resource to staff regarding funds availability, substitutions, and budget constraints.
- Analyzes and prepares the monthly Profit & Loss and Trial Balance report. Presents & reviews with the Director of Facilities the report by comparing actual results to the operational budget and analyzes the outcome to help the organization set and achieve business goals.
- Plans, develops, and implements a preventative maintenance and repair program for all building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and equipment.
- Maintains documentation on all facilities work performed, plans, and/or work history.

The Senior IT Engineer - Network is the technical leader responsible for design, deployment, configuration, administration, optimization, and maintenance of the Cache Creek Casino Resort network, including the voice, data, video and gaming networks. This position requires specialized knowledge of multi-vendor network hardware and peripheral solutions. This role should have the foundational knowledge and skills of network administration and architecture that include telecommunications and transmission technologies, topologies, programming applications, and administration interfaces.

- Serves as the top tier expert on network issues and emergencies and assists in troubleshooting and resolving communication and application incidents.
- Plans, designs and engineers hardware and software-based network systems in accordance with Cache Creek Casino Resort standards.
- Installs, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots on-site and cloud-based converged data/voice/video/gaming network systems, structured cabling solutions, network-based applications, and business services.
- Monitors and maintains IT equipment and adequate environmental conditions in telecommunication spaces.
- Creates meaningful documentation on network topology, application dependencies, systems design, and standard operating procedures.
- Acts as internal consultant with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Communicates technical information to team members and company-wide staff

Summary
Manage by shift, the daily operations of Culinary in restaurant. To observe cooking Staff and assist when necessary to insure all food product is prepared according to standard. To work with front of the house management to insure smooth operations and high quality guest service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
- Manage by shift Culinary Staff in restaurant.
- Coach and counsel staff as required.
- Execute menu as prescribes by recipe standards.
- Manage portion control and FIFO of all food product.
- Requisition from I.P. system all food product to restaurant inventory and maintain clean storage areas.
- Expedite line and observe plates leaving kitchen.
- Assist in smooth operation of FOH by communicating all important culinary information regarding specials, 86'ed items, changes or substitutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 12-15 employees in the Kitchen. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
