The entertainment assistant will be crossed trained to support all non-technical aspects of the entertainment department including ticketing, administrative, artist relations and show production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operation of the Tickets.com system for selling tickets and pulling reports
Organizing and distributing will call tickets
Update and distribute entertainment calendars and seat fliers
Update entertainment website / monitor artist websites for accuracy on show information
Assist with patron seating when ushers are short staffed.
Assist in coordination and execution of artist room, transportation and hospitality requirements.
Day to day non-technical operations in Club 88 and Event Center for headlining shows, day / night
bands and player invitee events
Customer relations with seating, ticketing or property related issues.
Assist with artist meet & greets
Create and distribute artist welcome letters and meal vouchers
Assist with artist comp ticket requests and guest list
Assist Players Dept. on VIP and Tribal requests / needs
Compile and distribute daily ticket counts
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
