Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. The successful candidate must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and have adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
Education and/or Experience
Five years related experience and/or training in a large, complex environment; four-year university program degree.
Language Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written. Ability to interpret quotes, contracts and invoicing documents.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to learn new systems quickly and have knowledge of Excel and Word. Experience with accounting software required; Great Plains and Sage Fixed Assets experience- preferred.
